PERFORM is purpose-built to level up your performance. We weave methods of functional bodybuilding into strength and conditioning to create a training programme that’s all results - no excuses! Throughout the week you have on offer:

👉🏼 TOTAL // Work through hinge movement patterns, including deadlift & hip thrust variations, with a variety of upper and lower body accessory movements rounding out Series 2/3. This is your full body, best “bang for buck” style strength session.

👉🏼 UPPER // Work through bench and overhead press variations in, while pushing, pulling and carrying your way through! You’ll build functional, upper body strength while leaving you with a true REVL pump!

👉🏼 LOWER // Centred around squat variations whilst the supplementary and accessory movements prioritise building total lower body volume - so prepare for your legs to feel cooked after this one!

Get ready for a whole new way of training! Our PERFORM programme encompasses 5 phases across the block allowing you to Move, Sweat and Perform - REVL STYLE ⚡️
