What to expect during your
first REVL session
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays consist of strength based workouts (Move/ Perform). You’ll be turning up the heat on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays for our conditioning and cardio based classes (Sweat).
Each program compliments the next with an in depth structure covering all aspects of fitness. This format allows you to tailor your week to match your goals. To maximise your results, we recommend a mix of strength (Move/Perform) and conditioning and cardio (Sweat) based classes, hitting anywhere from 3-5 sessions consistently each week.
THE REVL TRAINING EXPERIENCE
When you step into the studio on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday, you’ll notice that Move and Perform run on opposite sides of the room. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, Sweat sessions run across the entire gym floor. Make sure to arrive 15 minutes early so one of our friendly coaches can check you into the class, show you through the studios amenities and session flow.
During the class
Sessions run for 50 minutes. You’ll start with a warm up, each section of the programming will be demonstrated by one of our passionate coaches. Equipment is shared when classes are full, it’s not only great motivation throughout the session but you’ll be sure to make some friends in between reps. Bring a water bottle and a towel, we’ve got the rest covered!
After the class
Feel free to provide feedback to the studio manager after the session, we’re here to ensure you have a great REVL experience and are always looking to improve this through conversations with our REVL community.
